We offer a flexible cancellation policy to our customers. You may cancel your subscription or order at any time. If you wish to cancel before your next billing cycle or renew date, please send us a notification email at least 72 hours prior to the billing or renewal date.

Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, our refund policy varies depending on the product category:

1. Subscription Products: Refunds for subscription services will be given on a prorated basis, depending upon the duration spent since the start or renewal of the subscription.
2. One-Time Purchase: For one-time purchases, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, and you are within the 7 day period, you can get a full refund.
