Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or order at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle or renewal, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the billing/renewal date by emailing info@kryptomindz.com.

Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the product type and are summarised below:

• Subscription Products: Refunds for subscription services are issued on a prorated basis depending on time elapsed since the start or renewal of the subscription. We will calculate any refund due based on unused time remaining.
• One‑Time Purchases: For one-time purchases you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Requests after 7 days may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases where we identify fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that would entitle KryptoMindz Technologies to a counterclaim.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 30 working days for refund requests to be processed once approved. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
